The first step is to fill out the form below so we have your information, can get you registered, and we can reach out to introduce ourselves and to answer any specific questions about North County Keys.

To make sure you have a great chance of getting qualified before submitting a loan application and taking a hard credit inquiry on your credit report, our credit expert will reach out for further questions.  Once this has been done, based on their recommendation, you can proceed to the loan application!

Once you submit an application and provide the necessary documents to our lender, he will provide you with a Pre-Qualification form.  At this point we can begin the home buying process, and OFFICIALLY place you on our buyer list!  *This is a first come, first served list...The sooner your on the list, the sooner we can have a property ready for you. 

Once you've become qualified, make sure you STAY qualified by not missing any payments, opening or applying for new credit cards, auto loans, etc. 

Now that your qualified, your on our buyer list, you can browse our available properties and we'll guide you through the entire process until you hold the keys to your new home! 

By providing a brand new home with all new systems, as well as covering all the buyers expenses, we don't have any money left to also pay a commission to a real estate agent. 

If your eligible for ANY down payment assistance through any lender program, you must accept those funds first.  We will cover any shortfalls in down payments and all closing costs and expenses.  We GUARANTEE this will be a ZERO out of pocket program one way or another!  

Sales prices are non-negotiable and will ultimately be determined by the 3rd party appraiser assigned by the lender.  In order for this program to have the funds to provide down payments, closing costs, and other expenses for the buyer, we have to sell at fair market value.
